Perimenopause is the transition leading up to menopause, which is officially reached after 12 consecutive months without a period. This journey can feel like a rollercoaster, with fluctuating estrogen levels bringing a range of challenging symptoms.

From my experience, there wasn’t a single solution that addressed everything. It required a holistic approach, considering factors like diet, sleep, exercise, nervous system care, stress reduction, and creating a supportive environment. In saying that, I do think that if you want to start somewhere, the most important place to start is what you put into your body. Our diet is extremely important to get right.
