Dealing with sleep issues due to menopause

I had always been a great sleeper, usually only struggling to get a good night’s rest in the few days before my period. However, when I entered late-stage perimenopause, my sleep was significantly affected. Whether it was due to hot flashes, night sweats, or simply being wide awake in the early hours, I found myself overwhelmed and stressed, which took a toll on my sleep.

Until then, I hadn’t fully appreciated the importance of sleep. I learned the hard way that sleep is fundamental to overall well-being. The lack of it exacerbated my fatigue, heightened my anxiety, and made it much harder to cope with stress.

The encouraging news is that several small changes—seemingly insignificant on their own—can collectively make a big difference in improving your sleep. For assistance in improving your sleep and managing other menopause-related symptoms, consider signing up to my six-step course.
